We specialize in powder coating of parts made of steel, aluminum, brass, and cast iron. Coating is carried out in several ovens based on the size and weight of the product. We offer single-piece and small-batch production, samples, and short lead times.

Oven 1

• Max part size: 60 × 60 × 150 cm

• Max weight: 20 kg

• Suitable for single pieces and samples

• 1–2 hanging points required depending on part shape and size

Oven 2

• Max part size: 210 × 200 × 120 cm

• Max weight: 250 kg (higher weight possible depending on handling options)

• 1–2 hanging points required depending on part shape and size

Oven 3

• Max part size: 500 × 170 × 100 cm (larger dimensions upon agreement and shape specification)

• Max weight: 250 kg (heavier parts possible by arrangement)

• 1–2 hanging points required depending on part shape and size

Available Surface Finishes

We coat in RAL colors, metallic finishes, and special designer shades.
We use high-quality imported powders supplied by a local Czech distributor – standard shades are available within one day.

Standard surface options:

• Smooth glossy

• Smooth matte

• Fine texture

• Coarse texture

We also offer a wide range of special effect colors.

Protective Coatings and Masking

• Application of anti-corrosion epoxy primers and special base coats for demanding environments

• We provide masking of threads using silicone plugs, caps, and heat-resistant tape
